Key Responsibilities

  • Assist skilled tradespersons (carpenters, electricians, plumbers, etc.) with various tasks on site.
  • Perform general site clean-up and debris removal to maintain a safe and organized work environment.
  • Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment.
  • Operate basic hand and power tools under supervision, adhering to all safety guidelines.
  • Dig trenches, spread gravel, and perform other manual labor tasks as required.
  • Help prepare work areas by setting up and dismantling temporary structures, scaffolding, or barriers.
  • Strictly adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including wearing appropriate PPE.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Demonstrate a willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and techniques.

Required Skills

  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy objects (up to 50 lbs), standing for extended periods, bending, and kneeling.
