Key Responsibilities

  • Perform general clerical duties including photocopying, scanning, faxing, and mailing.
  • Organize and maintain physical and electronic files, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
  • Assist with data entry and basic record-keeping in various internal systems.
  • Sort and distribute incoming mail, and prepare outgoing mail and packages.
  • Provide administrative support to various departments as needed, including scheduling and meeting coordination.
  • Order and maintain office supplies inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to document handling and confidentiality.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as requested by senior staff.
  • Respond to internal inquiries and direct external communications appropriately and professionally.
  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment, participating in team meetings and initiatives.
