Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Process routine banking transactions accurately, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and cashing checks.
- Assist customers with opening new accounts, setting up online banking, and providing information on various banking products.
- Identify customer needs and cross-sell appropriate bank products and services.
