Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a positive, friendly, and approachable attitude, actively listening to their needs and directing them to appropriate products or departments.
 - Support merchandising efforts by stocking shelves, arranging products, ensuring pricing is accurate, and maintaining visually appealing displays in accordance with company standards.
 - Contribute to maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and safety of the sales floor, back stock areas, and other store zones.
 - Potentially operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately and efficiently, including processing payments, returns, and exchanges, after receiving proper training.
 - Learn and strictly adhere to all company policies, procedures, and health and safety guidelines to ensure a secure and compliant work environment.
 - Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to achieve daily operational goals and uphold our high standards of customer service.
 - Assist with the receiving, unpacking, and processing of new merchandise deliveries, ensuring inventory accuracy.
 - Actively participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and retail skills.
