Key Responsibilities
- Develop, organize, and execute a diverse range of entertainment activities and shows for hotel guests.
- Perform in evening stage shows, including singing, dancing, acting, or comedic routines, as required.
- Engage guests in various daytime activities such as games, sports, fitness classes, and cultural workshops.
- Interact personally with guests to create a friendly and welcoming atmosphere, encouraging participation in activities.
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of entertainment venues, including sound and lighting equipment.
- Collaborate with the hotel management and other departments to ensure entertainment aligns with overall guest experience goals.
- Monitor and evaluate guest feedback on entertainment activities to continuously improve offerings.
- Maintain a professional appearance and conduct at all times, upholding the hotel's standards.
- Actively promote hotel events and activities to maximize guest participation.
- Ensure the safety and enjoyment of all participants during organized activities.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as an entertainer in a hotel, resort, or live show environment.
- Exceptional stage presence and performance skills (e.g., singing, dancing, acting, comedy, musical instrumentation).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- High energy level, creativity, and a positive, enthusiastic attitude.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Fluency in English (additional languages a plus).
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certification or diploma in performing arts, recreation, or a related field.
