Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule operational activities, including maintenance, inspections, and project work, ensuring efficient resource allocation and adherence to timelines.
  • Act as a central point of contact for field personnel, contractors, and internal stakeholders, facilitating effective communication and information exchange.
  • Manage and maintain accurate operational records, documentation, and databases, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
  • Monitor work order progress, track key performance indicators, and prepare reports on operational status, challenges, and achievements.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies, safety procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Assist in the procurement of materials and services, including processing purchase orders and tracking inventory levels.
  • Support incident response efforts by coordinating communication and logistical support as needed.
  • Identify opportunities for operational efficiency improvements and contribute to the development and implementation of new processes or tools.
  • Facilitate training and onboarding for new team members regarding operational procedures and systems.

Required Skills

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in an operations support or coordination role, preferably within the energy, utilities, or industrial sectors.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
