We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Email Marketing Coordinator with a strong focus on campaign setup to join our dynamic team in West Bridgford. Key Responsibilities
- Execute the technical setup of email marketing campaigns within various Email Service Providers (ESPs) such as Mailchimp, Dotdigital, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
- Ensure all email creative (HTML/CSS) is correctly integrated, tested across multiple clients and devices, and adheres to brand guidelines.
- Manage audience segmentation, list management, and data hygiene to ensure targeted and compliant email delivery.
- Schedule and deploy email campaigns, ensuring accurate timing and flawless execution.
- Conduct thorough quality assurance (QA) checks on all campaigns, including proofreading, link validation, and rendering tests.
- Monitor campaign performance post-deployment and provide basic reporting on key metrics like open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
- Collaborate closely with content creators, designers, and marketing strategists to ensure campaign objectives are met.
- Stay up-to-date with email marketing best practices, industry trends, and new platform functionalities.
- Assist in A/B testing initiatives to optimize campaign elements such as subject lines, CTAs, and content layout.
- Maintain clear documentation of campaign setup processes and platform configurations.
Required Skills
- 1-2 years of experience in an email marketing or digital marketing coordination role, with a focus on campaign setup.
- Proficiency with at least one major Email Service Provider (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Dotdigital, Klaviyo).
- Basic understanding of HTML and CSS for email templating and troubleshooting.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret basic email performance data.
- Familiarity with GDPR and other email marketing compliance regulations.
