Key Responsibilities
- Participate actively in all aspects of the Graduate Trainee program, including classroom training, e-learning modules, and on-the-job rotations.
- Support assigned teams in daily operational tasks, project execution, and strategic initiatives across various banking functions.
- Conduct research, analyze data, and prepare reports to assist in decision-making processes.
- Shadow experienced professionals to understand banking processes, client interactions, and regulatory compliance.
- Contribute fresh perspectives and innovative ideas to improve processes and enhance customer experience.
- Develop a strong understanding of Ecobank's products, services, and operational procedures.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with colleagues and clients.
- Adhere strictly to all bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

- Prior internship experience in a financial institution or related industry is an added advantage.
