Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough financial analysis of loan applications, including cash flow projections, balance sheet reviews, and income statement assessments.
  • Prepare detailed credit appraisal reports and recommendations for management approval, ensuring adherence to internal credit policies and regulatory guidelines.
  • Assess and evaluate the creditworthiness of corporate and individual clients through comprehensive financial and non-financial data analysis.
  • Monitor existing credit facilities, identify early warning signals of potential default, and recommend appropriate remedial actions.
  • Participate in client meetings to understand business operations, financial needs, and risk profiles.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, economic conditions, and regulatory changes that may impact credit risk.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of all credit documentation and records.
  • Collaborate effectively with relationship managers, legal, and compliance teams to facilitate smooth credit processing.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of credit risk models and processes.
  • Provide clear, concise, and timely responses to queries from internal and external stakeholders regarding credit decisions.

Required Skills
