Key Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain dry cleaning and laundry machinery according to safety guidelines and manufacturer specifications.
- Inspect garments thoroughly for stains, damage, and fabric type prior to cleaning, accurately tagging and categorizing items.
- Apply appropriate pre-treatment and spot-cleaning techniques to various stains and fabrics.
- Perform professional pressing, steaming, and finishing of a wide range of garments, ensuring crisp and wrinkle-free results.
- Sort and assemble cleaned and pressed garments for packaging and customer pick-up.
- Monitor cleaning cycles and temperatures, adjusting as necessary to ensure optimal cleaning and fabric integrity.
- Conduct routine maintenance and minor repairs on equipment to ensure continuous operation.
- Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, promoting an efficient and safe environment.
- Assist with inventory management of cleaning supplies and chemicals.
