Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently load and unload parcels onto delivery vehicles.
- Safely operate company vehicles to deliver and collect parcels from designated InPost Parcel Lockers and occasional direct customer addresses.
- Follow optimized delivery routes and schedules to ensure timely and accurate parcel distribution.
- Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, reporting any maintenance needs.
- Maintain accurate delivery records and handle digital scanning equipment.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, company safety policies, and driving regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service during any direct interactions.
- Maintain cleanliness and good working order of the assigned company vehicle.
Required Skills
- Valid Category B driving license (prawo jazdy kategorii B)
- Clean driving record
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Strong sense of responsibility and reliability
- Good physical condition (ability to lift and carry parcels up to 25 kg)
- Basic navigation skills and ability to use GPS/mapping applications
- Positive attitude and commitment to customer satisfaction
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with Warsaw city streets and surrounding areas
- Basic knowledge of Polish language for local interactions
- Previous experience in a delivery or transport role (even informal)
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including some weekends if required
