Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital strategies for artist releases and catalog initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall marketing objectives.
- Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across various platforms (e.g., social media, search engines, programmatic) to maximize reach and ROI.
- Analyze digital performance data, market trends, and consumer insights to identify opportunities and inform strategic decisions.
- Collaborate closely with artists, management, and internal teams to create engaging content and innovative digital experiences.
- Identify and evaluate emerging digital platforms, technologies, and trends, recommending pilot programs and integration strategies.
- Oversee social media strategy, content calendars, and community management guidelines for artist campaigns.
- Manage relationships with digital partners, platforms, and vendors.
- Provide strategic guidance and insights to A&R and marketing teams on digital best practices and artist development.
- Monitor competitive landscape and adapt strategies to maintain a competitive edge in the digital space.
- Prepare and present detailed reports on digital campaign performance, insights, and future recommendations to stakeholders.
Required Skills
- Minimum 5 years of experience in digital strategy, digital marketing, or a related role, preferably within the music or entertainment industry.
- Demonstrated expertise in developing and executing successful digital campaigns across various platforms (social media, DSPs, web, email).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, draw actionable insights, and report on campaign performance.
- In-depth knowledge of current digital marketing tools, technologies, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Deep understanding of the music industry landscape, artist development, and fan engagement strategies.
- Proficiency with digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads).
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
- Experience with music-specific analytics tools and platforms (e.g., Chartmetric, Spotify for Artists, YouTube Analytics).
- Prior experience working directly with artists or artist management.
- Familiarity with SEO/SEM strategies and content marketing best practices.
- Experience in A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.
