Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across channels including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and display advertising.
- Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitive analysis, and audience segmentation to inform campaign strategies.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, utilizing tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media insights to identify trends and opportunities.
- Optimize campaigns for key performance indicators (KPIs) such as click-through rates, conversion rates, and ROI.
- Manage digital marketing budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
- Collaborate closely with internal creative, content, strategy, and technology teams to ensure integrated campaign execution.
- Stay current with the latest digital marketing trends, best practices, and algorithm changes.
- Prepare and present regular performance reports and strategic recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Assist in the development of compelling ad copy, landing pages, and other digital assets.
Required Skills
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, preferably within an agency setting.
- Proficiency with Google Ads, Google Analytics, and other major ad platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads).
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze data, draw actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.
- Solid project management skills, capable of managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques.
- Legal eligibility to work in the U.S. and willingness to engage in the visa sponsorship process if applicable.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Google Ads and Google Analytics certifications.
- Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress.
- Prior experience working with international clients or markets.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
