Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across various channels including social media, email marketing, PPC, and SEO.
  • Manage and grow Aston Carter's social media presence for the "Global Talent Route" brand, including content creation, scheduling, community engagement, and performance analysis.
  • Optimize website content, landing pages, and blog posts for SEO to improve organic search rankings, drive targeted traffic, and enhance user experience.
  • Plan, execute, and monitor paid search (PPC) campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and Bing Ads, continuously optimizing bids, keywords, and ad copy for maximum ROI.
  • Create compelling and engaging content, including blog posts, articles, social media updates, website copy, and video scripts, tailored for different digital platforms and target audiences.
  • Analyze digital marketing campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and social media analytics, providing regular reports and actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (talent acquisition, sales, global marketing) to align digital strategies with overarching business objectives and campaign goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, technologies, and best practices, continuously seeking innovative ways to reach and engage target audiences.
  • Manage end-to-end email marketing campaigns, from list segmentation and content creation to deployment, A/B testing, and performance analysis.
  • Support the development of digital assets, including images, videos, and infographics, ensuring brand consistency and enhancing campaign effectiveness.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience (minimum 2.5 years) in digital marketing, encompassing SEO, SEM (PPC), social media marketing, content marketing, and email marketing.
  • Proficiency with essential digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media management platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social), and email marketing software (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot).
  • Strong understanding of web analytics, lead generation, conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles, and user journey mapping.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail, strong copywriting abilities, and compelling storytelling.
