Key Responsibilities
- Develop, execute, and optimize innovative digital marketing campaigns for assigned artists, spanning album releases, tour announcements, video premieres, and various artist milestones.
- Manage and oversee artist social media channels, including content calendars, community management, and paid social media advertising strategies.
- Craft and implement engaging email marketing campaigns, from list growth to segmentation and performance analysis.
- Collaborate closely with artist management, A&R, publicity, and sales teams to ensure integrated marketing efforts across all platforms.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using various analytics tools, providing actionable insights and recommendations for future strategies.
- Identify and evaluate new digital platforms, tools, and trends to maintain a competitive edge and explore new fan engagement opportunities.
- Manage digital advertising budgets, ensuring optimal allocation and ROI for all paid media initiatives.
- Oversee content creation for digital platforms, working with artists, designers, and video producers to develop compelling assets.
- Stay abreast of industry best practices, digital marketing innovations, and competitor activities to inform strategy.
- Cultivate strong relationships with digital partners, platforms, and vendors.
Required Skills
- 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within the music, entertainment, or media industry.
- Demonstrated expertise in social media marketing, content strategy, and community management.
- Proven experience with email marketing platforms and CRM systems.
