Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and execution of comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, etc.), email marketing, and search engines.
  • Create compelling, high-quality content for social media posts, blog articles, product descriptions, email newsletters, and website updates, ensuring brand consistency and engagement.
  • Support SEO efforts by conducting keyword research, optimizing website content, and monitoring search engine rankings to improve organic visibility.
  • Schedule and publish content using social media management tools and email marketing platforms, ensuring timely delivery and optimal reach.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights), providing actionable recommendations for improvement.
  • Assist with basic website maintenance and updates, primarily related to content management on our e-commerce platform (e.g., Shopify).
  • Collaborate effectively with the marketing manager and other team members remotely, utilizing communication and project management tools to ensure seamless workflow and project delivery.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, digital marketing best practices, and new technologies to continuously enhance our online strategies.
  • Contribute to the ideation and planning of new marketing initiatives and promotional activities.
  • Manage and respond to social media comments and direct messages, fostering a positive online community and enhancing customer engagement.

Required Skills

  • Proven understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices.

  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact).
