Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with client goals and brand guidelines across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
- Plan, create, and manage engaging content for social media channels, including compelling copy, visually appealing images, and dynamic videos, ensuring brand consistency and audience relevance.
- Design, implement, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads, focusing on achieving specific KPIs (e.g., reach, engagement, conversions, ROI) and maximizing ad spend efficiency.
- Conduct thorough keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis to inform campaign strategies and identify opportunities for growth and competitive advantage.
- Monitor campaign performance daily, analyze key metrics using various analytics tools, and provide regular, insightful reports with actionable recommendations for continuous optimization.
- Manage digital marketing budgets effectively, allocating resources strategically to ensure maximum return on investment for all advertising initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, algorithm changes, and best practices, proactively identifying new opportunities for clients.
- Collaborate seamlessly with internal creative teams (designers, copywriters) to produce high-quality, on-brand campaign assets that capture attention.
- Engage with online communities, manage client reputations, and respond to comments/messages across social media platforms in a professional and timely manner.
- Utilize analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights) to track website traffic, user behavior, generate comprehensive reports, and present findings to clients and internal stakeholders.
Required Skills
- Proven experience (minimum 2.5 years) in developing and executing successful social media strategies.
- Demonstrable experience managing and optimizing successful paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads and Facebook/Instagram Ads with a strong focus on conversion.
- Proficiency with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and how they integrate with overall digital marketing strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail and compelling, audience-specific copywriting.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data, generate actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions.
