Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, create, and manage high-quality digital content, including social media posts, blog articles, website copy, email newsletters, videos, and infographics, that align with Raley's brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
  • Collaborate remotely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, brand, e-commerce, and culinary, to brainstorm content ideas, gather insights, and ensure content consistency.
  • Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new content opportunities and optimize existing content strategies.
  • Optimize content for SEO and discoverability, ensuring maximum reach and engagement across all digital channels.
  • Utilize various content creation tools and platforms (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, video editing software) to produce visually appealing and effective digital assets.
  • Manage content calendars, ensuring timely delivery of all content initiatives and campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyze content performance metrics (e.g., engagement rates, website traffic, conversion) to inform future content strategy and improvements.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices, particularly in remote content collaboration.
