Key Responsibilities
- Monitor daily performance of digital advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and programmatic DSPs.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of campaign data to identify trends, opportunities for optimization, and areas for improvement.
- Generate comprehensive performance reports, dashboards, and presentations for internal teams and clients, translating complex data into clear, actionable insights.
- Provide data-driven recommendations for campaign adjustments, including bidding strategies, audience targeting, ad creative, and landing page optimization.
- Collaborate closely with media planners, strategists, and account managers to ensure campaign objectives are met and client expectations are exceeded.
- Assist in A/B testing initiatives and analyze results to inform future campaign strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, platform updates, and industry best practices.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all reporting tools and platforms.
- Contribute to the development and refinement of reporting templates and analytical methodologies.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in digital campaign analysis and optimization.
- Strong proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta Ads Manager.
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, data visualization).
- Solid understanding of key digital marketing metrics (e.g., CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPC, CPM).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex data clearly.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a remote environment.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to data accuracy.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
- Google Ads Search, Display, Video, or Analytics certifications.
