Key Responsibilities
- Promote and onboard customers onto Zenith Bank's digital banking platforms, including mobile banking, internet banking, USSD, and other digital solutions.
- Provide comprehensive support and guidance to customers on the use of digital channels, ensuring a seamless user experience.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues and complaints related to digital banking services promptly and effectively.
- Educate customers on the features, benefits, and security aspects of various digital products.
- Identify opportunities for digital product adoption and cross-selling relevant digital services to customers.
- Gather customer feedback on digital platforms and channel it for product improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new digital banking technologies, and competitive offerings.
- Ensure compliance with all bank policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines related to digital banking operations.
- Conduct periodic training and awareness campaigns for customers and internal staff on digital products.
