You will be instrumental in ensuring campaigns run smoothly, efficiently, and effectively, contributing directly to our clients’ success and our agency’s growth. You’ll be responsible for tasks such as campaign setup, ad copy creation, keyword research, audience targeting, performance reporting, and budget tracking. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the setup, launch, and optimization of paid search (PPC) and paid social media campaigns.
  • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitive analysis to inform campaign strategy.
  • Support the creation of compelling ad copy and visual assets, ensuring brand consistency and adherence to platform guidelines.
  • Monitor campaign performance daily, identifying trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Generate regular performance reports, analyzing data to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Assist with budget management, pacing, and reconciliation across various ad platforms.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in digital advertising.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including SEO, content, and client services, to ensure integrated campaign strategies.
  • Conduct quality assurance checks on live campaigns to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Participate in client meetings and presentations as needed, contributing to strategy discussions.

Required Skills

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a digital marketing or advertising role, ideally with exposure to paid media.
  • Familiarity with Google Ads (Search & Display) and Meta Ads Manager (Facebook/Instagram).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw meaningful conclusions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data manipulation and reporting.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced agency environment.
  • Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
  • Google Ads certifications (Search, Display, Shopping, Analytics).
  • Experience with other ad platforms such as LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, or programmatic advertising.
  • Basic understanding of Google Analytics 4.
  • Experience using project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Jira).
