Key Responsibilities
- Participate actively in all provided training programs and mentorship sessions.
- Assist senior mechanics with diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repair of diesel engines and heavy equipment.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including oil changes, filter replacements, and lubrication.
- Learn to interpret technical manuals, schematics, and service bulletins.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety policies and procedures, maintaining a safe working environment.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean, organized, and functional condition.
- Document maintenance and repair activities accurately under supervision.
- Continuously seek opportunities to learn new techniques and improve technical skills.
Required Skills
- Strong mechanical aptitude and an interest in heavy machinery.
- Ability to comprehend and follow detailed instructions.
- Basic computer literacy for diagnostic tools and record-keeping.

- Valid Class B or higher driver's license (or willingness to obtain one).
