Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor the end-to-end logistics process for domestic and international shipments.
- Liaise with customers, carriers, customs brokers, and internal departments to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
- Prepare and process all necessary shipping documentation, including bills of lading, customs declarations, and invoices.
- Track and trace shipments, providing real-time updates and proactively addressing any potential delays or issues.
- Optimize transportation routes and modes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Resolve shipping discrepancies, damages, and claims in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of all logistics activities and generate reports as required.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant transportation regulations, customs laws, and company policies.
Required Skills
- Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or transportation coordination.
- Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
