Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Provide accurate and timely information regarding shipment status, service options, pricing, and customs regulations.
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints and issues with professionalism and efficiency, escalating complex cases when necessary.

- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.

Required Skills
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
