Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule all training sessions, including classroom, on-the-job, and online modules, for various departments.
- Manage training logistics, including room bookings, equipment setup, material preparation, and catering arrangements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date training records, databases, and employee training profiles in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Communicate effectively with employees and trainers regarding training schedules, requirements, and completion status.
- Assist in the development and modification of training materials, presentations, and guides.
- Monitor training effectiveness and provide feedback to trainers and management for continuous improvement.
- Process training-related paperwork, reports, and certifications promptly.
- Support new hire onboarding programs by coordinating initial training schedules and resource allocation.
- Act as a primary point of contact for training-related inquiries and provide timely and accurate information.
- Ensure all training activities adhere to Delta Air Lines’ safety standards and operational protocols.
Required Skills
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a training coordination or administrative support role.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and database management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
