Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the safety and comfort of all passengers throughout the flight, from boarding to deplaning.
  • Conduct pre-flight safety checks of cabin equipment and emergency exits.
  • Deliver mandatory safety briefings and demonstrate the use of safety equipment.
  • Serve food, beverages, and other amenities with a focus on premium customer service.
  • Respond to passenger needs and requests promptly and courteously.
  • Handle unexpected situations, including medical emergencies, turbulence, and security issues, with professionalism and adherence to established protocols.
  • Assist passengers with boarding, stowing luggage, and disembarking.
  • Maintain cabin cleanliness and orderliness during and between flights.
  • Collaborate effectively with the cockpit crew and other cabin crew members to ensure seamless operations.
  • Complete necessary paperwork and reports accurately and in a timely manner.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with fluency in English.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse individuals.
  • Ability to work irregular hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Must be able to stand, walk, kneel, bend, and lift heavy items (up to 50 lbs) throughout the flight.
  • Possess a valid U.S. passport and ability to travel internationally.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Successful completion of a background check and drug screening.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Proficiency in additional languages is a significant asset.
  • Previous experience in the airline, hospitality, or healthcare industry.
  • Current First Aid/CPR certification.
