Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the safety and comfort of all passengers throughout the flight, from boarding to deplaning.
- Conduct pre-flight safety checks of cabin equipment and emergency exits.
- Deliver mandatory safety briefings and demonstrate the use of safety equipment.
- Serve food, beverages, and other amenities with a focus on premium customer service.
- Respond to passenger needs and requests promptly and courteously.
- Handle unexpected situations, including medical emergencies, turbulence, and security issues, with professionalism and adherence to established protocols.
- Assist passengers with boarding, stowing luggage, and disembarking.
- Maintain cabin cleanliness and orderliness during and between flights.
- Collaborate effectively with the cockpit crew and other cabin crew members to ensure seamless operations.
- Complete necessary paperwork and reports accurately and in a timely manner.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with fluency in English.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse individuals.
- Ability to work irregular hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be able to stand, walk, kneel, bend, and lift heavy items (up to 50 lbs) throughout the flight.
- Possess a valid U.S. passport and ability to travel internationally.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Successful completion of a background check and drug screening.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Proficiency in additional languages is a significant asset.
- Previous experience in the airline, hospitality, or healthcare industry.
- Current First Aid/CPR certification.
