Key Responsibilities
- Greet passengers warmly and assist with check-in, ticketing, boarding passes, and general flight inquiries.
- Process baggage check-in and handle baggage-related issues (lost, delayed, damaged) with empathy and efficiency.
- Provide accurate and up-to-date flight information, including delays, cancellations, and gate changes.
- Assist passengers with rebooking, seat assignments, and other travel-related services.
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns with professionalism, aiming for first-contact resolution.
- Operate airport computer systems and equipment effectively and accurately.
- Adhere to all airline safety and security procedures and regulations.
- Collaborate with ground crew, flight attendants, and other airline personnel to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Required Skills
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer service role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and ability to learn new software quickly
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
