Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Document all customer interactions and transactions accurately in our systems.
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and service standards.
  • Continuously learn and stay updated on Delta products, services, and operational changes.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Required Skills
