Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Cordova, Alaska. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain executive and team schedules, including arranging appointments, meetings, and coordinating complex travel itineraries.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents with high accuracy and professionalism.
- Organize and coordinate internal and external meetings, conferences, and events, including logistical support and minute-taking.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including managing phone calls, emails, and physical mail, directing inquiries appropriately.
- Establish and maintain efficient office filing systems, both digital and physical, ensuring data integrity and easy retrieval.
- Order and maintain office supplies and equipment inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels and timely procurement.
- Assist with budget tracking, processing expense reports, and basic financial record-keeping, adhering to company policies.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external inquiries, providing accurate information and directing issues to the appropriate personnel.
- Support local human resources functions, including assisting with new employee onboarding, maintaining personnel records, and coordinating training.
- Coordinate with various departments and external vendors to ensure seamless operational flow and resource availability.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including strict adherence to safety regulations and compliance standards.
Required Skills
- Proven experience (minimum 2 years) as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar administrative support role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and general office software.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and articulate demeanor.
- Strong organizational and planning skills with meticulous attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

- Experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) software or similar internal business systems.
