Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive risk assessments, identifying potential vulnerabilities and their impact on client operations and strategic objectives.
- Analyze complex data sets to pinpoint risk patterns, anomalies, and areas for improvement in existing control frameworks.
- Develop and implement robust risk mitigation strategies, controls, and policies tailored to client-specific needs.
- Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and dashboards summarizing risk findings, recommendations, and progress for client leadership and internal teams.
- Stay abreast of evolving industry regulations, compliance requirements, and emerging risk trends to provide proactive advisory.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, operations, and legal, to ensure integrated risk management approaches.
- Assist in the development and enhancement of risk management methodologies, tools, and frameworks.
- Communicate complex risk concepts clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Contribute to business development initiatives by identifying client needs and supporting proposal development.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Information Systems, or a related analytical field.
- 2+ years of experience in risk management, internal audit, financial analysis, or consulting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and draw actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, client-focused environment.
- Understanding of risk management frameworks (e.g., COSO, ISO 31000) and regulatory compliance.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree or MBA.
