As a Business Development Associate, you will play a pivotal role in identifying new market opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and contributing to the strategic growth of our various service lines, including consulting, financial advisory, risk advisory, and tax. Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities, target clients, and industry trends within the Cabot region.
  • Support the development and execution of strategic business development plans to achieve growth objectives across various service lines.
  • Assist in preparing compelling proposals, presentations, and other client-facing materials that articulate Deloitte's capabilities and value.
  • Collaborate with service line leaders and client engagement teams to identify cross-selling opportunities and foster integrated client solutions.
  • Manage and maintain client relationship management (CRM) systems, ensuring accurate and up-to-date client information and activity tracking.
  • Participate in client meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities to build relationships and represent Deloitte.
  • Analyze sales data and client feedback to identify areas for improvement and contribute to continuous optimization of business development strategies.
  • Contribute to the development of thought leadership and marketing campaigns aimed at enhancing Deloitte's brand visibility and market presence.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, account management, or consulting, preferably within professional services.
  • Proven ability to conduct market research and analyze complex data.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build rapport and relationships.
