Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and executing financial statement audits and reviews.
  • Perform substantive testing and analytical procedures on financial data.
  • Evaluate the design and operating effectiveness of internal controls over financial reporting.
  • Prepare audit working papers and documentation in accordance with firm and professional standards.
  • Collaborate with senior auditors and managers to identify audit risks and propose solutions.
  • Communicate effectively with client personnel to obtain necessary information and clarify audit findings.
  • Utilize audit software and technology tools to enhance audit efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Research accounting guidance and apply it to client-specific situations.
  • Participate in client meetings and presentations.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of audit processes and methodologies.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field (e.g., Finance with an Accounting concentration).
  • Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and GAAS principles.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
