Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to assigned professionals, including calendar management, scheduling meetings, and coordinating appointments.
- Arrange complex domestic and international travel logistics, including flights, accommodation, and ground transportation, preparing detailed itineraries.
- Prepare, proofread, and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents, ensuring accuracy and adherence to Deloitte brand standards.
- Manage incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail, directing inquiries appropriately.
- Maintain organized filing systems (both physical and digital) and manage sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality.
- Coordinate and prepare for meetings, including booking rooms, setting up technology, preparing agendas, and distributing materials.
- Process expense reports, invoices, and other financial documentation in accordance with company policies.
- Order and maintain office supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels and managing vendor relationships.
- Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a proactive approach.
- Facilitate a positive and productive office environment through excellent interpersonal skills and a helpful demeanor.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative support role, preferably in a corporate or professional services environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) at an intermediate to advanced level.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with keen attention to detail and grammar.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and a strong sense of initiative.
- High level of professionalism and interpersonal skills, capable of interacting effectively with all levels of staff and external contacts.
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) or customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
- Familiarity with virtual meeting platforms (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams).
- Previous experience working within a large, matrixed organization.
