Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the assigned territory, focusing on businesses across Northern Ireland.
- Manage and grow existing client relationships, understanding their evolving technology needs and strategically positioning Dell solutions.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments and present tailored product and service solutions to prospective and current customers.
- Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline, accurately forecasting sales opportunities and reporting on progress.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including sales engineers, product specialists, and customer support, to deliver comprehensive solutions.
- Negotiate pricing and terms, prepare compelling proposals, and close sales effectively and efficiently.
- Stay relentlessly up-to-date with Dell's comprehensive product portfolio, emerging industry trends, and the competitive landscape.
- Participate actively in sales meetings, continuous training sessions, and relevant industry events to enhance product knowledge and refine sales skills.
- Achieve and consistently exceed quarterly and annual sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Required Skills
- Minimum of 2 years of progressive experience in B2B sales, preferably within the technology sector.
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate complex solutions clearly.
- Strong ability to build rapport, establish trust, and cultivate lasting client relationships.
- Demonstrated understanding of modern sales processes and proficiency with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
