Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document detailed business requirements from stakeholders for various projects and initiatives.

- Collaborate with project managers, technical leads, and developers throughout the project lifecycle to ensure solutions meet business needs.
- Conduct feasibility studies, impact assessments, and risk analysis for proposed solutions.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including process flows, use cases, and system specifications.
- Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations to communicate findings and gain consensus from stakeholders.
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide training to end-users on new systems and processes.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions, recommending further enhancements as needed.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in business analysis and technology.
Required Skills
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a technology or related industry.
- Proven ability to gather, analyze, and document complex business requirements.
- Strong understanding of business process modeling and re-engineering techniques.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques (e.g., Excel, SQL, BI tools).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
- Solid problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
