Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule daily deliveries, pickups, and dispatches in collaboration with drivers, warehouse, and operations teams.
  • Track and monitor shipments using our proprietary systems, updating status in real-time and communicating any delays or issues to relevant stakeholders promptly.
  • Prepare, verify, and process all necessary shipping documentation, including manifests, waybills, customs forms, and delivery receipts, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for drivers, addressing inquiries, providing support regarding routes, schedules, and delivery challenges, and escalating complex issues as needed.
  • Liaise with clients to confirm delivery details, resolve discrepancies, and provide exceptional customer service throughout the delivery process.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of all logistics activities, ensuring data integrity within our systems for reporting and analysis.
  • Assist in inventory management tasks, including receiving, sorting, and dispatching items as needed to support smooth warehouse operations.
  • Identify and report any operational issues, contributing to problem-solving and continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency.
  • Adhere strictly to all company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards to ensure a safe and compliant working environment.

Required Skills

  • Diploma or certificate in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of local and international shipping regulations and customs procedures.
  • Valid Class 5 driver's license with a clean driving record.
