Key Responsibilities
- Pick up packages from designated Amazon delivery stations or retail locations.
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages to customers' homes and businesses following provided routes.
- Utilize the Amazon Flex app for navigation, scanning packages, and managing deliveries.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safe driving practices.
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor with customers and Amazon staff.
- Ensure timely delivery of all assigned packages within the scheduled block.
- Communicate any delivery issues or delays promptly through the Amazon Flex app.
- Keep your delivery vehicle clean and organized to accommodate packages.
Required Skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Must be 21 years or older.
- Reliable personal vehicle (4-door sedan, SUV, van, or truck with a covered bed) that can safely and dependably be used for deliveries.
- Smartphone (iPhone with iOS 14 or newer, or Android with version 8.0 or newer) with a working camera and GPS.
- Ability to lift and carry packages up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to get in and out of the vehicle frequently.
- Strong navigation skills and familiarity with using GPS applications.
