Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated, passionate, and versatile Teacher to join the dedicated faculty at William Knibb Memorial High School. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans and instructional materials for both primary and secondary students, adhering to the national curriculum guidelines.
  • Deliver effective and differentiated instruction across various subjects, catering to diverse learning needs and abilities.
  • Assess student performance through a variety of methods, providing timely and constructive feedback to students and parents.
  • Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and behavioral incidents.

  • Collaborate with fellow teachers, administrators, and support staff to enhance the overall educational experience.
  • Communicate regularly with parents/guardians regarding student progress, behaviour, and any concerns.

  • Integrate technology effectively into the teaching and learning process.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree in Education or a relevant subject area with a teaching qualification.
  • Proven experience teaching across both primary and secondary levels.
  • Strong pedagogical skills and knowledge of various teaching methodologies.

  • Effective classroom management techniques.
