Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and maintain predictive models and machine learning algorithms to analyze international market trends, global talent dynamics, and operational data.
  • Extract, clean, and transform large datasets from various internal and external sources, ensuring data quality and integrity for analytical purposes.
  • Collaborate with HR, Risk Management, and Business Strategy teams to define analytical requirements and deliver data-driven insights on international mobility, expatriate programs, and global workforce planning.
  • Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) related to international operations and talent, creating comprehensive dashboards and reports to monitor trends and inform decision-making.
  • Communicate complex analytical findings clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders through presentations, visualizations, and written reports.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for leveraging data science to optimize international processes, mitigate risks, and enhance strategic initiatives.
  • Stay abreast of the latest advancements in data science, machine learning, and big data technologies, evaluating and recommending new tools and methodologies.

Required Skills

  • 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Scientist or in a highly analytical role.
  • Strong proficiency in Python or R for data analysis, statistical modeling, and machine learning.
  • Expertise in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
  • Solid understanding of statistical concepts, hypothesis testing, and experimental design.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to create impactful dashboards.
  • Proven ability to work with large, complex datasets and translate business problems into analytical solutions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex insights to diverse audiences.
