Key Responsibilities
- Accurately inputting a high volume of alphanumeric data from various source documents into designated databases and systems.
- Verifying data for accuracy and completeness, correcting errors or inconsistencies as needed to maintain data integrity.
- Maintaining strict confidentiality and security of all sensitive information handled, adhering to company policies.
- Organizing and filing documents, both physical and digital, in an orderly and accessible manner for easy retrieval.
- Performing regular data quality checks and assisting in database cleanup initiatives to ensure up-to-date records.
- Generating basic reports and summaries from compiled data as requested by project leads and management.
- Collaborating effectively with team members and other departments to ensure smooth data flow and address any discrepancies.
- Adhering strictly to established data entry procedures, guidelines, and deadlines to support project timelines.
- Assisting with other administrative tasks as required to support project objectives and overall office operations.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in data entry or a similar administrative role, demonstrating reliability and efficiency.
- Exceptional typing speed and accuracy (minimum 60 Words Per Minute) with a low error rate.
- High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) for data manipulation and communication.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify data discrepancies and inconsistencies quickly.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, capable of prioritizing tasks effectively.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for clear and concise interactions.
