As a Night Shift Data Entry Operator, you will handle sensitive and critical information, requiring meticulous attention to detail and unwavering commitment to accuracy. Key Responsibilities
- Accurately input a high volume of data from various sources into designated databases and systems.
- Verify data accuracy and completeness, correcting discrepancies as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere strictly to data security and privacy protocols (e.g., HIPAA compliance).
- Organize and prioritize workload to meet daily deadlines and productivity targets during the night shift.
- Perform regular data backups to ensure data integrity and prevent loss.
- Communicate effectively with team leads or supervisors regarding any data inconsistencies or system issues.
- Assist with other administrative tasks as assigned, supporting overall departmental operations.

Required Skills
- Proven data entry experience with high accuracy and speed.
- Exceptional typing speed (minimum 60 WPM with high accuracy preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of data privacy principles and commitment to confidentiality.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
