Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately input data from various source documents into the company's computer systems and databases.
  • Verify data by comparing it to source documents, correcting discrepancies, and ensuring data integrity.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all client and company information.
  • Organize and maintain both physical and electronic records and files.
  • Prepare, compile, and sort documents for data entry.
  • Review data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities.
  • Generate reports, retrieve data, and perform basic analysis as required.
  • Assist with other administrative tasks as needed to support team operations.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and data security guidelines at all times.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and data management practices.

Required Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience as a Data Entry Clerk or in a similar administrative role (at least 6 months).
  • Excellent typing speed and accuracy (minimum 45 WPM with high accuracy).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Preferred Qualifications
