Key Responsibilities
- Accurately inputting a variety of data (client details, property listings, sales figures, market research) into digital databases and spreadsheets.
- Verifying data for accuracy and completeness, correcting errors, and escalating discrepancies as needed.
- Maintaining and updating existing database information, ensuring all records are current and consistent.
- Preparing, compiling, and sorting documents for data entry.
- Generating reports from compiled data as requested by management and agents.
- Performing regular data backups to ensure data preservation.
- Complying with data integrity and security policies, ensuring the confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Assisting with administrative tasks and special projects as required to support the broader team.

Required Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in a data entry or administrative role, or demonstrated strong typing and organizational skills.
- Exceptional typing speed and accuracy (minimum 45-50 WPM with high accuracy).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and comfortable with learning new software.
- Outstanding attention to detail and a commitment to producing error-free work.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
