Key Responsibilities
- Accurately input various types of data into company databases and systems, including sales figures, inventory levels, customer information, and operational records.
- Verify data for accuracy and completeness, correcting any discrepancies found through cross-referencing and established protocols.
- Organize and maintain digital files and physical records in an orderly and accessible manner.
- Generate basic reports and summaries from entered data as requested by supervisors or other departments.
- Assist with scanning, filing, and archiving documents to ensure compliance and easy retrieval.
- Communicate effectively with team members to clarify information and ensure data consistency.
- Adhere to company data entry guidelines and confidentiality policies at all times.

Required Skills
