Key Responsibilities
- Accurately input a high volume of alphanumeric data from various source documents into designated computer systems and databases.
- Verify data for errors and inconsistencies, correcting or escalating discrepancies as needed to maintain data integrity.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of all sensitive information and adhere to data security protocols.
- Organize and file documents (both physical and digital) for easy retrieval and auditing purposes.
- Perform regular data backups to ensure data recovery in case of system failure.
- Assist with special projects and other administrative tasks as assigned by the team lead or manager.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and meet deadlines.
- Generate reports and summaries based on entered data as required by supervisors.
Required Skills
- Proven data entry experience with a focus on speed and accuracy (minimum 60 WPM).
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to producing error-free work.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a financial services or banking environment.
