Key Responsibilities

  • Perform high-volume data entry, maintaining accuracy and completeness in company databases and systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, internal logs).
  • Organize and maintain physical and electronic files, ensuring proper indexing, archiving, and retrievability of important documents.
  • Verify data by comparing it to source documents, making corrections, and deleting irrelevant information.
  • Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed by various departments.
  • Manage office supplies inventory, place orders, and ensure the office is well-stocked and runs efficiently.
  • Provide general administrative support, including answering phones, routing calls, greeting visitors, and handling mail/packages.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth information flow and support departmental objectives.
  • Adhere to company data entry guidelines and confidentiality protocols rigorously.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience as a Data Clerk or in a similar administrative role (at least 1 year).
  • Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel proficiency is a must).
  • Fast and accurate typing speed and data entry skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
