Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately input a high volume of data from various sources into designated systems and databases.
  • Verify data for accuracy and completeness, identifying and correcting any discrepancies.
  • Maintain and update database records, ensuring all information is current and well-organized.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports based on captured data.
  • Organize and file physical and digital documents efficiently.
  • Perform regular data quality checks and audits.
  • Adhere to company data entry procedures and confidentiality policies.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and data consistency.

Required Skills

  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel)

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French (Creole is a plus)
