Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations using tools like Power BI or Tableau to present data findings clearly.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across different departments to understand business requirements and translate them into data analysis projects.
- Provide actionable recommendations based on data insights to support strategic decision-making and operational improvements.
- Automate data collection and reporting processes to enhance efficiency and scalability.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices, new tools, and technologies in data analytics.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation.
- Strong experience with at least one data visualization tool (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
- Solid understanding of statistical analysis and data modeling principles.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex data to non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a remote environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
