Key Responsibilities

  • Articulate and present complex data findings and actionable recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders through clear, compelling visual and written communication.
  • Support the ongoing development and implementation of data governance policies, standards, and best practices across the organization.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve data collection, analysis, and reporting processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Stay abreast of the latest industry trends, technologies, and methodologies in data analytics to ensure EPCOR remains at the forefront of data-driven decision-making.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Business Analytics, or a closely related quantitative field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a Data Analyst, Business Intelligence Analyst, or in a similar data-focused role.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL for complex data extraction, manipulation, and database querying.
  • Expertise in data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, Qlik Sense).
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and complex formula creation.
  • Solid understanding of statistical analysis, data modeling principles, and data warehousing concepts.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities.
