Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Data Analyst to join our dynamic team in London. Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyse large, complex datasets from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to communicate key metrics and findings.
- Perform statistical analysis and build predictive models to forecast future trends and evaluate the impact of business initiatives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across different departments to understand their data needs and translate them into technical requirements.
- Present analytical findings and recommendations clearly and concisely to non-technical audiences.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all analyses and reports.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and data optimization to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Contribute to the ongoing development of data governance standards and best practices.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.
- Proven proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Strong experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
- Demonstrable experience with statistical analysis and data modeling.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights clearly.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Eligibility for Tier 2 (Skilled Worker) Visa sponsorship in the UK.
Preferred Qualifications
